I am a personal and fitness Trainer based in Zurich with over 10 years of experience.
I spent the early part of my career working with Rehabilitation and Fitness Companies and have managed personal training departments in Zurich.
I work with clients daily through personal training, nutrition coaching, injury rehabilitation, Pre- / postnatal training, corrective exercises, and sports performance training.
I work with clients in their homes, offices, or in an outdoor setting of their choices.

Movement involves the entire body not just the moving parts, so when lifting a heavy object with your arms we must consider the effects it is having elsewhere, such as your lower back.
